These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the professional services provided by On Peachtree Street, LLC, doing business as OPS Security and Compliance (“OPS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Services
OPS Security and Compliance provides security, risk, and compliance advisory services. All services are provided solely pursuant to a written Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and one or more Statements of Work (“SOW”). Website content is informational only.
Advisory Capacity Only
OPS provides advisory services only and is not an auditor, certification body, regulator, or legal advisor. OPS does not guarantee compliance, certification, audit results, or regulatory approval.
Website Use
All website content is the intellectual property of On Peachtree Street, LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, reasonable access, and a primary point of contact. OPS is not responsible for delays caused by client actions or omissions.
Fees and Payment
Fees are defined in the applicable SOW. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. Fees exclude taxes. OPS may suspend services for non-payment.
Intellectual Property
OPS retains ownership of all methodologies, templates, and tools. Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license for internal use only.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during engagements.
Limitation of Liability
OPS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid under the applicable SOW during the preceding twelve (12) months.
No Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Third-Party Services
OPS is not responsible for third-party platforms, including Microsoft services.
Termination
OPS may suspend or terminate services for breach or non-payment. Payment obligations survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Updates
OPS may update these Terms at any time.
